Scientists at Oxford report in the American Journal of Psychiatry that a questionnaire can be used to predict to problems in 70 per cent of young women following a diet, and believe similar methods could be used during routine GP visits. Dr. Christopher Fairburn and colleagues note that disorders like anorexia and bulimia often begin with what seems like “normal dieting”.
