Vitamin D and MS

An abundance of vitamin D may help prevent multiple sclerosis, according to a study of more than seven million people. According to the research, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, white members of the US armed forces with the highest blood levels of vitamin D are 62 per cent less likely than people with low levels to develop MS. There was no equivalent effect in blacks and hispanics
