Peanut advice may change

The House of Lords science and technology committee is expected to call on the Department of Health to change its official advice to pregnant women not to eat peanuts. The committee is believed to be reacting to a series of studies showing that allergy rates are low, or non-existent, in countries where babies are exposed to peanuts in utero and in their early months.
